Cancellation Policy

At Miss Brandy's Fun and Learning Academy, we offer the flexibility to book one-on-one gaming or academic sessions directly through our website. These Connected Services are not affiliated with Outschool and follow a separate policy for booking, cancellations, and waitlists as outlined below. ✅ Booking Policy All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our website’s scheduling system. Once booked, you will receive an email confirmation with session details, including the teacher’s name, time zone, and platform (e.g., Zoom or other). Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your slot. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens! Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to respect both the educator’s time and your schedule: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. If you miss a session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled. If the teacher needs to cancel, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. If a learner does not arrive to the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the teacher reserves the right to end the session. No refund or reschedule will be issued in this case. ⏳ Waitlist Policy If your desired time slot is fully booked, you may request to be added to the waitlist. Waitlisted families will be contacted in the order they joined if a slot becomes available. Waitlist placement does not guarantee a session, but we’ll do our best to accommodate as many learners as possible. 💡 Additional Notes Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive on time to make the most of your learning experience. Communication regarding rescheduling or waitlist requests should be made via email to [your contact email] at least 24 hours in advance. These policies apply only to sessions booked directly through our website and do not apply to any Outschool bookings.
